MommyLab is a community-based organization dedicated to improving family health outcomes through comprehensive, intergenerational support services. Our programs address critical gaps in maternal health, caregiver support, and access to coordinated care—particularly for underserved communities.

We provide postpartum support services, Community Health Worker (CHW) training, and doula placement programs that equip trained professionals to assist families with care navigation, appointment coordination, and access to essential maternal, child, and family health resources.

Recognizing the growing needs of multigenerational households, MommyLab is expanding its model to include integrated family support services that address the needs of children, caregivers, and older adults within a single, community-centered framework.

Our goal is to reduce health disparities, improve care access, and strengthen family stability by delivering culturally responsive, accessible, and preventative support services.

Through strategic partnerships, workforce development, and community-based programming, MommyLab aims to build sustainable systems of care that promote long-term health, resilience, and generational well-being.
